Responsibilities
Your Daily Challenges (Sourcing at the Core of Your Role)
In this high-volume recruitment role, you will be the engine driving our attraction strategy. Working hand-in-hand with our recruiters, your main mission will be to identify, engage, and fuel our candidate pipeline week after week.
Proactive Sourcing: Track down top-tier talent across social media (LinkedIn, etc.), job boards, and through advanced search strategies.
Posting Strategy: Craft and launch compelling job ads across our various web platforms and internal tools.
Talent Pipeline Management: Build, nurture, and maintain a robust network of qualified candidates who are ready for action.
Performance: Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to talent attraction.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is tech-savvy and possesses a strong "hunter" instinct.
Experience: 6+ months of experience in sourcing and recruitment.
Tech Savviness: A true "digital wizard"—highly proficient with social media, the MS Office suite, and naturally curious about new sourcing tools.
Results-Driven: Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment and deliver results under pressure.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills and a rock-solid team player.
Language Requirements: Fully bilingual (English/French) is mandatory (for prospecting across Quebec and Ontario).
