Responsibilities
Inspect mechanical and electronic components thoroughly using high-precision measuring instruments to ensure full compliance.
Perform rigorous electrical and mechanical testing on assembled products before final shipment to clients.
Analyze defects and conduct root cause analyses to prevent the recurrence of quality issues.
Apply lean methodologies daily to maintain an organized, safe, and highly efficient working environment.
Consult technical documentation and specialized schematics to ensure strict adherence to assembly standards.
Collaborate with production teams to propose tooling and procedure improvements that optimize cycle times.
Qualifications
Hold a post-secondary diploma in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or possess equivalent practical experience.
Have at least three years of relevant experience in the mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics field.
Demonstrate expertise in diagnosing, assembling, and disassembling specialized mechanical systems or compressors.
Show strong proficiency with office software applications and data analysis for regular technical reporting.
