Your role as training coordinator consists of identifying training needs, designing training plans and materials, managing required documentation, following up training sessions and updating training follow-up tools.

Responsibilities
As training coordinator you will:
- Identify annual and sporadic training needs with managers and
managers and supervisors;
- Develop an annual training plan;
- Design training programs according to needs;
- Develop trainers' skills;
- Provide trainers with the necessary documentation for training, training satisfaction assessment, evaluation and certification of qualifications;
- Plan and monitor training deployment with supervisors to meet deadlines;
- Maintain performance indicators for the overall training management process;
- Validate learning transfer with supervisors;
- Ensure that information on training sheets is complete as required
as required;
- Support and assist other members of the training committee when necessary;
- Update training documents;
- Provide documentation for audits;
- Enter training data into Intelex for our 1% obligation and file training documents in the right place.
Qualifications
Skills expected of the training coordinator:
- Mastery of andragogy principles;
- Knowledge of good training practices;
- Willingness to work all shifts and some nights as required
night shifts as required;
- Experience in developing training materials using various technologies
various technologies;
- Knowledge of LMS and other training management systems (an asset)
- Bilingualism essential, both oral and written (French and English)
- Proficiency in Windows/MS Office environment
