Responsibilities
As a key player in a high-performance logistics operation, your main duties will include:
Order Picking: Accurately pull products from inventory to fulfill customer orders.
Logistics & Shipping: Correctly pack outgoing goods and prepare all relevant shipping documents and labels.
Equipment Operation: Load and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and overhead cranes (training provided!).
Inventory Management: Count, weigh, and label stock during inventory checks and report any discrepancies.
Teamwork & Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to 5S principles, and communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments.
Qualifications
To succeed and thrive in this role, you must meet the following criteria:
Experience: A minimum of one year of professional experience as a Warehouse Associate or within the manufacturing and logistics sector.
Reliability: Demonstrate a high level of punctuality, dependability, and a strong commitment to workplace safety.
Physical Stamina: Physically capable of handling a fast-paced warehouse environment, including standing, walking, and occasionally lifting inventory (full boxes can weigh 40 to 50 lbs, though heavy items are handled using equipment).
Key Traits: A strong team spirit, a proactive attitude, and a genuine desire to grow within the industrial hardware industry.
