Bilingual Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Duration: 3 month contract
Location: Toronto ON / Montreal QC

We’re currently looking for a Recruitment Coordinator for our Montreal or Toronto Corporate office.

Main Responsibilities:

-Manage the daily flow of talent acquisition administrative documentation
-Support talent acquisition team to coordinate and organize interview process
-Ensuring smooth candidate interview experience across the organization
-Be involved in special Talent Acquisition projects relating to candidate engagement, social media recruitment, process improvement, immigration, etc.
-Manage recruitment cycle by documenting all actions within the ATS
-Makes recommendations for improvements to procedures and processes
-Coordinate use of external job boards, advertising as required
-Conduct and compile assessments and reference checks as required
-Other duties as assigned

Education & Experience

-Minimum 1 year recruiting experience
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-High school required, diploma in HR or Business Management preferred
-An understanding of recruitment process and relationship management
-Strong knowledge using various web-based search databases, professional networking sites
-Proficient and creative with MS office applications, experience with HRIS and ATS systems
-Flexibility to work efficiently in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment is essential
-Bilingualism required (French/English)
