Billing Coordinator-Ville-Saint-Laurent
Location: Ville-Saint-Laurent (office situated in Place-Vertu mall)
Hours: 8:00 to 4:30pm or 8:30 to 5:00pm

Billing Coordinator-Ville-Saint-Laurent
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Ensure timeliness, correctness and completeness of the invoicing process for Randstad Canada
•Responsible for the weekly/monthly billing process, related reporting, documenting, streamlining processes and support of the overall responsibilities of the Manager
•Generate client invoices and ensure that they are sent out with accuracy and timeliness
•Research and resolve billing operational issues presented by the client and field personnel
•Use technology to streamline manual processes

Qualifications and Experience:
•University or College degree reflecting either Business, Accounting or Finance
•Accounting knowledge and JDE/Oracle experience (an asset)
•Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel Skills/Functions (Pivots, vlookup, Formulas)
•Experience in the service industry is an asset
•Fluently bilingual
•Good written and verbal communication abilities
•Strong analytical and organizational abilities
•Able to multi-task and handle multiple demands during busy periods
•Be very detail-oriented and able to perform duties with accuracy
