If you are a 1st or 2nd-year Millwright, an experienced Tool Crib professional, or someone with strong machining tooling knowledge and a knack for troubleshooting, we want to hear from you!!

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Tool Crib Management: Issue, receive, track, and organize specialized machining tooling, components, and fixtures.
Traceability & Documentation: Maintain meticulous digital and physical records for tooling, inventory levels, and equipment calibrations.
Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine preventative maintenance and light repairs on shop equipment, including drill fixture adjustments, mechanical troubleshooting, and basic servicing.
Quality & Organization: Ensure the tool crib remains highly organized, safe, and efficient to minimize machinist downtime.
Qualifications
Millwright/Mechanical Background: Ideal for a 1st or 2nd-year Apprentice Millwright looking for a stable shop environment, or someone with strong millwrighting/mechanical experience. Must be willing to do all work required, including basic housekeeping when slow!
Strong Documentation Skills: Proven experience with inventory tracking, data entry, and maintaining strict traceability logs.
Sharp Mindset: We need a reliable self-starter who "has their head together"—someone who can problem-solve on the fly and take ownership of the space.
Reliable Transportation: As we are located in Nisku and start at 6:00 AM, you must have reliable transportation to get to work.
