Our client, a top 5 bank, is looking for an Access Services Representative for a 2 month contract in Toronto. This is mostly remote role – in office once a month. There is a high possibility of contract extension and conversion depending on business needs.
Pay rate: $19.51 /hr
Working hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm

Responsibilities
As an Access Services Representative, your duties will include but not limited to:
•Conducting investigations on incoming alerts from different lines of business
•Following the steps documented in the related FIU procedures and guideline.
•Performing initial review on incoming alerts
•Monitoring status of alerts assigned and prioritize accordingly
•Completing reviews with respect to alerts generated in AML systems and determine what needs to be escalated for further review to Global Sanctions Unit
•Ensuring the quality of the investigations are maintained
•Managing work volumes effectively and efficiently
•Ensuring FIU Name Screening procedures are followed in all reviews and appropriately documented on system being utilized to work alerts.
•Ensuring that all escalations to Sanctions team are presented appropriately and in a timely fashion.
•Adhering to attention to detail to eliminate errors with escalations.
Qualifications
•AML knowledge – 2+ years’ work experience
•Analytical thinking, quick decisions, high quality productivity
•Detail Oriented – fast paced environment – 2 minutes on one alert to close or send further to investigate
•Strong communication skills – written especially
