Responsibilities
-Organize communication for key projects, such as promotions and product changes.
-Coordinate order processes and maintain an accurate online catalogue.
-Review internal initiatives from a customer perspective to ensure proper execution.
-Assist in the setup of new items and support in new restaurant location openings and closings.
-Generate standard and ad hoc reports to support customer needs.
-Manage customer product usage and serve as an escalation point for any service issues.
-working on quotes for customers and sourcing new products through the companies vendors.
Qualifications
-Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a customer service or coordination role.
-Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to problem-solve and prioritize tasks effectively.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
-Hospitality or sales experience considered an asset.
