As the Admin Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in the daily operations of their bailiff services organization. This position is integral to ensuring the seamless functioning of the office and supporting the efficient execution of their diverse range of services, including commercial tenancy matters, municipal services, asset recovery, and more.
Key Information:
This is a permanent Full-time opportunity
Salary: $45K- $50K yearly
Work Hours: Mon to Fri from 9:00am-5:00pm
Location: North York (This position is exclusively on site.)

Responsibilities
-Answer telephone, communicate with clients, and record notes for bailiff response
-Coordinate meetings for head bailiff as needed
-Check office voicemail messages and record notes in software per file
-Organize bailiffs office area and files
-Assist bailiff in organizing and preparing files for initial or follow-up service
-Data entry into proprietary Bailiff software program
-Ensure compliance with deadlines for assigned tasks
-File active and closed warrant files
-Verify warrant data entry information in software programs
-Enter serve dates of warrant files into bailiff program
-Update arrears information provided by clients on ongoing warrant files
-Proof reading reports
-Perform any additional administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
-Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office
-Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience
-Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other computer programs
-Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
-Strong attention to detail
-Professional demeanor, capable of maintaining composure in high-stress situations
-Must pass a criminal background check
