Responsibilities
Administrative Support: Assist the Wealth Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks, including documentation, filing, and managing correspondence.
Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and format reports, meeting presentations, and strategy documents.
Client Communication: Act as a point of contact for clients for basic inquiries and assist in scheduling meetings and appointments.
Data Management: Update and maintain client records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal protocols.
Special Projects: Assist with research and support on various special projects as required by the management team.
Qualifications
Education: Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program (University or College) in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite (specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a professional demeanor.
Work Ethic: Reliable, proactive, and capable of working in a confidential environment.
