Location: Nisku, Alberta
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Pay Rate: $46.00 / hour

Prime Daytime Schedule: Start on a standard Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM shift while you get up to speed and learn our fabrication processes.
Bank Extra Hours: Once you are fully dialed in, shift your start time to 7:00 AM to easily rack up consistent, daily overtime without burning your weekends.
Top-Tier Shop Environment: You bring your personal PPE, and we provide all the heavy machinery and advanced shop tools needed to execute flawless work.
Responsibilities
Custom Tank Fabrication: Lay down masterful B-Pressure MIG welds to construct complex, heavy-duty truck tanks and specialized pressure vessels from start to finish.
Precision Blueprint Reading: Independently navigate detailed structural schematics, engineering drawings, and complex weld symbols to ensure flawless dimensional builds.
Expert Fitting & Alignment: Meticulously prep, fit, and seamlessly fuse steel components, strictly adhering to stringent industry codes and custom engineering requirements.
Rigorous Quality Control: Self-inspect your completed welds to ensure 100% leak-proof integrity, X-ray level structural perfection, and a flawless aesthetic finish.
Shop Floor Safety: Take immense pride in your bay by keeping a spotless work area and actively promoting our top-tier occupational health and safety standards.
Qualifications
Required Certifications: You must hold a valid Journeyperson Welder credential AND a current, active ABSA B-Pressure ticket.
MIG Mastery: A proven, documented history of laying down high-quality MIG welds within a fast-paced, heavy industrial manufacturing setting.
The Ultimate Asset: Have you previously built tanks for industry heavyweights like Foremost, Westech, Rebel, Jasper Tank, Hams Tank, or Wabash? Mention it immediately—this will fast-track your application to the absolute front of the line!
Experience Level: We are highly receptive to both newly ticketed B-Pressure welders ready to learn and seasoned veterans looking for reliable stability.
Logistics & Gear: You must live within a comfortable daily commuting distance to Nisku, Alberta, and arrive fully equipped with your own welding hood, basic hand tools, and standard PPE.
