Location: Montreal, Qc
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Advantages
Rate: $23 per hour.
Duration: 7-month contract
Location: Montreal, Qc.
Work Mode: Fully onsite (in office).
Hours: Monday to Friday, between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
Responsibilities
- Provide "first in class" service to customers and brokers by handling billing telephone inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies in collaboration with brokers and underwriters.
- Communicate clearly and empathetically via telephone and email to resolve issues and describe available programs/services.
- Interpret and identify customer needs to respond appropriately and professionally.
- Obtain relevant information systematically to ensure a seamless interaction during every inquiry.
- Take ownership of customer relations through dedicated service and commitment to follow through.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a contact center or a similar customer service environment.
- Languages: Must be fluent in French and English to communicate with clients located outside Quebec on a regular basis.
- Software: Proficiency in Word, Excel, and various web-based programs/Windows applications.
- Skills: Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Communication: Exceptional telephone/email etiquette and strong interpersonal skills.
- Problem Solving: Ability to analyze and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Reliability: Attendance and punctuality are essential for success in this role.
