Responsibilities
- Inbound calls; Processing customer requests and data via email or calls.
- Respond and take care of customer problems and inquiries.
- Act as liaison between customer and sales
- Update bookings when necessary and notify all affected parties of changes.
- Coordinate with terminal operations to assure efficient and effective handling of shipments
- Assist clients and transfer to the right department accordingly.
Qualifications
•Based in or around Montreal
•Forwarding/shipping, transportation experience is a must
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills
•Ability to multi-task time sensitive issues
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
•Well organized, ability to handle stress & meet tight deadlines
•Knowledge of the Office suite, ease to understand customer oriented software's.
•Sales Force /CRM an asset
•Bilingual (French & English) an asset
