A reputable manufacturing company specializing in hydraulic systems and components, located in Rivière-des-Prairies (East Montreal), is seeking a Bilingual Office Clerk.

Warmly welcome visitors, answer phone calls, and manage incoming emails.
Receive, process, and send purchase orders.
Support the shipping department in preparing and managing the required documentation.
Perform data entry and ensure rigorous order tracking.
Qualifications
Bilingualism: Excellent command of both English and French, both spoken and written.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Major Asset: Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV (ERP) software.
Soft Skills: Versatile, detail-oriented, autonomous, with a strong focus on customer service.
