Responsibilities
Transaction Processing: Execute general to specialized transactions accurately and on time, adhering to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Documentation Review: Compare complex documentation, identify discrepancies, and perform necessary corrections with a high degree of precision.
Risk & Compliance: Adhere to internal regulations and enterprise frameworks (such as Anti-Money Laundering and Business Continuity Management) and comply with the Bank Code of Conduct.
Operational Support: Investigate and escalate non-standard or high-risk activities as appropriate; support partners with incoming transactions and adjustments.
Process Improvement: Actively review internal workflows and contribute ideas to strengthen the operating model and elevate service quality.
Workload Management: Prioritize and manage your own daily tasks to meet productivity requirements while handling sensitive customer data with total confidentiality.
Qualifications
Language Skills: Fully bilingual in French and English (written and verbal) is a mandatory requirement.
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in an operations or trade processing role. Familiarity with cash products (Loans, Deposits, Swaps, Forwards) is preferred.
Technical Skills: Excellent typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel is a must). Ability to quickly learn new software and platforms.
Education: Completion of post-secondary education.
Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Summary
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player with a "great personality" who thrives in a structured environment. You should be comfortable with a 100% back-office role (no phone work) and possess the analytical skills necessary to handle high volumes of data with 100% accuracy.
