Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Consultant, your responsibilities will be:
•Partnering with management to proactively source talent for critical skill areas and building a talent pipeline for our Contact Center.
•Creating and executing strategic sourcing plans to attract top talent, both passive and active
•Coaching managers on the recruiting process, interview techniques, and selection criteria
•Staying current on recruitment trends in the investment space by maintaining and enhancing a network of contacts in the industry, participating in industry events and professional associations
•Internally marketing our services to employees and managers, promoting our value add and expertise
•Driving the candidate selection process and ensure managers have the tools needed to select the most qualified candidate
•Managing and/or participating in projects as needed
Qualifications
•Must be fully and fluently Bilingual (verbal & written proficiency) in both French and English due to frequent interaction with internal/external English-speaking customers, or employees outside of Quebec.
•Preferred experience for this position is 2 – 5 years of recruiting in the financial services industry.
•Experience using alternative sourcing methods, with a focus on social media and networking tools
•Demonstrated success in taking a consultative approach with internal and external clients while providing business solutions
•Organized and detail-oriented with a proactive approach
•Demonstrated ability to navigate an environment with multiple and shifting priorities with ease
