Responsibilities
- Coordination and optimizing delivery schedules
- Scheduling pick-up and delivery appointments for drivers
- Finding the best carriers for our clients and the best rates
- Manage the carrier relations
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients
- Updating customer web portables with up-to-date information on deliveries
- Responding to email and phone for freight requests
- Ensure all billing and driver information is accurate
Qualifications
- A clear understanding of LTL and Full truck loads
- Experience in the 3PL - Brokerage environment, minimum 2 years
- Knowledge of North American geography
- Problem resolution skills, detail-oriented, high level of multi-tasking skills are a must
- High energy, honest and a never quit attitude.
- Enjoy fast-paced pressure situations and getting things done.
