Permanent full time position Monday-Friday
40 hour work week
Starting at 7am to 4pm
Salary starting at between 45k to 50k
5% bonus of salary paid yearly
Medical/Dental/Vision insurances after probations period
RSP program, match up to 5%

Responsibilities
The Dispatcher is responsible for the Drivers for Pick-up and Delivery
- Organize routes and printing itinerary for drivers
- Scheduling the drivers and assign the deliveries
- Create daily trips, attach orders for each driver in the system
- Planning the following day (availability of drivers)
- Monitoring day to day emails
- Dispatch for 5 drivers
- Coordination with the dock team to ensure timeline
- Updating clients on delivery status, return status
Qualifications
- Knowledge of LTL is an asset
- Bilingual in English and French.
- Minimum 1-year work experience in related field
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of AS400
- Organized, reliable and honest
