Responsibilities
Partner with accounting and operations stakeholders to identify and translate functional requirements.
Author technical specs, map delivery roadmaps, and build comprehensive test plans.
Execute solution buildout and unit testing: script custom business logic, configure eFrontInvest parameters, and write complex SQL queries (JavaScript, SQL, .NET).
Organize, breakdown, and schedule development tasks for timely delivery.
Oversee code promotion to production and deliver continuous post-implementation support.
Address and resolve complex technical issues during production operational cycles.
Maintain oversight of end-of-day eFrontInvest batch runs feeding the General Ledger and central data warehouse.
Produce user manuals, training documentation, and architectural guides.
Recommend and deploy automated workflows to optimize internal business operations.
Qualifications
Minimum of three (3) years of hands-on experience working directly with eFrontInvest.
Proven track record as a functional analyst and configurator within the eFrontInvest software suite.
Proficient with relational databases and writing complex SQL scripts.
Working knowledge of enterprise tools such as Autosys, Snaplogic, ESB, AWS, or Azure DevOps.
Ability to thrive and deliver under tight operational deadlines.
Background in private markets, infrastructure, or real estate investment administration is considered a strong asset.
Fluency in both English and French.
Our client operates in Canada. The company takes all reasonable steps to limit the number of positions in Quebec that require knowledge of a language other than French, and only requires it when necessary and its existing bilingual employees are unable to perform these duties. Based on an assessment conducted by our client, it has been determined that this position requires candidates to be fluent in English (both spoken and written).
