Responsibilities
Main responsibilities
Serve as executive assistant to general management;
Prepare and respond to correspondence;
Assist in the follow-up of files and projects;
Coordinate meeting requests + take notes and minutes;
Translation and revision of documents (fr - ang);
Calendar management;
Expense accounts;
General administrative support;
General legal support;
Qualifications
Requirements
3 to 5 years' experience as an executive assistant and/or corporate legal assistant or administrative assistant.
Corporate legal knowledge and experience required;
Bilingualism essential: excellent oral and written communication skills (English and French).
Excellent knowledge of Microsof Office;
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to interact with a wide range of individuals;
Excellent organizational and time management skills;
Positive and professional attitude, maintains discretion;
Strong ability to prioritize and multi-task;
Strong ability to work independently and be resourceful;
