Responsibilities
-Ensure support and monitoring of the CEO's strategic files.
-Manage CEO's emails and and calendar
-Participate in the preparation, writing, verification, editing and consolidation of documents and presentation materials, according to established standards.
-Organize meetings, including writing the agenda, preparing documentation and monitoring actions and deadlines.
-Ensure the link between internal and external stakeholders and act as a resource person.
-Help facilitate internal projects, such as work organization, staff integration, internal communications, services in support of company activities.
-Organize team events (logistics, required materials, suppliers, etc.).
-Assist in coordination of events and speakers.
Qualifications
-Post-secondary training in administration, or equivalency.
-Minimum 3 years of experience in similar functions.
-Mastery of the Office 365 suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Business Central).
-Ability to carry out several tasks simultaneously with precision and respect deadlines.
-Dynamism and ease of performing in a constantly evolving environment.
-Planning, organizational skills, resourcefulness, and sound management of priorities.
-Writing skills worthy of high quality standards.
-Rigor, respect for confidentiality and professional ethics.
