Responsibilities
•Develop, update, and maintain detailed procedure documentation for regulatory reporting processes
•Ensure documentation aligns with regulatory requirements from OSFI, Statistics Canada, and the Bank of Canada
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and validate reporting workflows
•Review and enhance existing documentation to reflect process updates and improve clarity and consistency
•Maintain version control and ensure proper change management practices are followed
•Ensure all documentation adheres to internal standards and audit expectations
•Support data validation and quality assurance processes related to regulatory reporting
Qualifications
Must-Have:
•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
•3+ years of experience in regulatory reporting, compliance, or financial documentation within banking or financial services
•Strong understanding of Canadian regulatory reporting requirements (e.g., P3, M4, Z4 filings)
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), SharePoint, Confluence, and AI tools
•Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
•Ability to translate complex processes into clear, structured documentation
Nice-to-Have:
•Professional designation such as CPA, CMA, CA, CGA, or CFA
•Experience working within large financial institutions or enterprise reporting environments
