Oversee financial systems projects from inception to completion, including requirements gathering, testing, and deployment
Translate finance business needs into clear requirements suitable for Agile methodologies

Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, Business Administration or a related field
5-8 years of finance and accounting experience
Expertise in ERP systems like SAP ByDesign and Salesforce
Proficient in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis
Strong technical skills in data integration and system customization
Demonstrated project management and business analysis abilities, PMP certification preferred
Familiarity with Agile practices and ERP integration
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and advanced Excel
Experience with financial/IT system audits beneficial
