Responsibilities
• Develop and manage procurement plans to support high-priority operational and project requirements.
• Sequence procurement activities to ensure alignment with organizational capacity and compliance standards.
• Monitor procurement throughput to track project progress and identify operational risks or delays.
• Escalate execution barriers and drive timely action across business units and supply management.
• Coordinate time-sensitive contracting processes to accelerate overall procurement cycles.
• Document procurement decisions clearly to maintain audit readiness and operational transparency.
• Assist with project resource planning and supply regular status reports to project stakeholders.
Qualifications
• Two or more years of project management experience applying standard PMBOK methodologies.
• Two or more years of hands-on experience using SAP Ariba Source-to-Contract.
• Background leading medium to large technology projects in public sector or enterprise settings.
• Strong communication skills with a proven capability to manage relationships across diverse groups.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, adjust priorities, and work effectively in a team structure.
