Responsibilities
Thanks to our task rotation system, you will develop unique expertise across three main areas:
1. Wire Processing Machine Operation (Artos)
Set up, adjust, and monitor the automated machine dedicated to wire cutting and terminal crimping.
Quickly detect non-conformities and implement immediate corrective actions.
2. Industrial Painting
Prepare part surfaces, configure the spray booth, and set up liquid/powder paint guns.
Apply paint with precision, perform necessary touch-ups, and ensure rigorous maintenance of the painting equipment.
3. Electronic Assembly
Interpret technical assembly drawings and complex electrical schematics.
Perform wiring, connections, soldering, and required quality tests on mini-inverters.
Qualifications
To excel in this versatile role, here is the profile we are looking for:
Education: High School Diploma (DES) completed.
Experience (Major Assets): * 1 to 4 years of experience in circuit board soldering, electricity, wiring, or reading technical schematics.
1 to 2 years of experience in industrial spray painting (or holding an AEP vocational certificate in industrial painting / training in electronics).
IT Skills: Basic computer knowledge (familiarity with the AS/400 system is a major asset).
Physical & Technical Traits: Excellent manual dexterity, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to occasionally lift loads up to 30 lbs.
Key Traits: Autonomy, strong team spirit, and consistent compliance with safety guidelines.
