Under the supervision and collaboration of the Marketing and e-Commerce Director, the MANAGER, MARKETING AND COMMUNICATION acts as a primary resource person with internal customers and external. He is responsible for planning, executing and managing the overall communications-marketing strategy of the organization and its various brands.

Responsibilities
• Supervises, trains, evaluates and supports two coordinators in their daily work, in addition to ensuring the management of quality deliverables within the required deadlines.
• Offers marketing support to mechanical workshops as part of the implementation of the annual campaign, as well as the production of informative and promotional materials (digital and printed)
including layout, creation of visuals, transmission of documents, etc.
• Manages the organization's various brands to ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
• Writes and coordinates communications on social networks and websites.
• Supervises and carries out the revision and translation of texts of varying nature and size (e.g.: communication plans, social networks, website, brochure, etc.).
• Works in close collaboration with marketing agencies as part of annual marketing campaigns and other complementary projects (creation of newsletters, coordination of competitions,
creating videos, etc.).
• Carry out budget monitoring and analysis of the results of the department's various initiatives.
• Supports the development of HR marketing and other major projects of the organization.
• Actively participates with the team in events and exhibitions, including providing customer presentations as needed.
Qualifications
• A minimum of 7 years of experience as a Marketing Manager.
• Certificate or Bachelor's degree in administration, marketing option or any other relevant program.
• Mandatory bilingualism: ability to communicate verbally and in writing (writing, revision) in French and English.
• Mastery of the Microsoft Office suite.
• Mastery of the Adobe Creative suite.
