Responsibilities
Functional Architecture & Analysis: Dissect complex business requirements and map them into reliable, scalable functional designs within the D365 F&O ecosystem.
Strategic Advisement: Guide corporate stakeholders on standard system capabilities, configuration best practices, and the downstream impacts of design choices.
Workshop Leadership: Facilitate discovery and scoping sessions, blueprinting target business workflows aligned with overarching organizational goals.
System Configuration: Perform and oversee specialized D365 F&O system configurations in compliance with approved functional blueprints.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with solution architects, developers, business analysts, and business process owners to secure cohesive, top-quality delivery.
Testing & Deployment Support: Direct functional testing, lead anomaly resolution/gap management, and provide expert guidance through deployment phases.
Change Management & Adoption: Empower power-users and business teams through thorough documentation, structured knowledge transfer, and tailored training programs.
Qualifications
5 to 10 years of solid experience operating as a Functional Consultant, Analyst, or Subject Matter Expert in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
Deep functional knowledge of integrated ERP business processes and standard D365 F&O capabilities.
Proven track record navigating full-lifecycle ERP implementations, upgrades, or major optimization initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to facilitate high-level workshops, extract business requirements, and synthesize them into precise documentation.
Strong professional autonomy, analytical mindset, and the interpersonal skills required to influence diverse corporate stakeholders.
Fluency in both French and English.
Our client operates in Canada. The company takes all reasonable steps to limit the number of positions in Quebec that require knowledge of a language other than French, and only requires it when necessary and its existing bilingual employees are unable to perform these duties. Based on an assessment conducted by our client, it has been determined that this position requires candidates to be fluent in English (both spoken and written). In particular, this position will require the employee to interact with centralized internal departments (e.g., Operations / HR / Finance / Legal / Contracts / Sales) that support the organization in Canada and that do not speak French.
