This role is highly repetitive but features diverse client cases, requiring an analytical mindset to solve unique business problems. Operating within a supportive team of 10 professionals, you will navigate multiple software platforms to manage account files from end to end. This is a temporary contract with a strong potential for extension or permanent conversion based on performance and business needs.

1. Customer Contact & Outreach (40%)
Provide professional inbound and outbound phone support to small business customers to resolve outstanding account issues.
Guide clients through the remediation process, explaining complex compliance requirements clearly and confidently.
Address inquiries and resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint.
2. Account Review & Maintenance (60%)
Review small business accounts and files to pinpoint discrepancies, deficiencies, or missing compliance documentation.
Verify appointments and process business documentation end-to-end according to strict corporate guidelines.
Locate, extract, and update customer profiles across multiple internal databases and software applications.
Ensure all prepared documentation is highly accurate and strictly reflects regulatory and bank standards.
Manage highly sensitive customer and business data with the utmost discretion and security.
Qualifications
Must-Have Requirements
Language Skills: Full professional bilingualism in English and French (written and verbal).
Experience: 1–2 years of overall professional work experience, preferably within a banking environment, financial services, or a high-volume contact center.
Education: Undergraduate degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience navigating Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently handle outbound phone outreach.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work through ambiguous business problems.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Prior experience in collections, compliance, or risk-mitigation roles.
Understanding of KYC (Know Your Customer) and KYB (Know Your Business) compliance regulations.
Previous customer service experience in non-banking industries (telecommunications, insurance, etc.).
