Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Process day-to-day operational transactions, including VISA redemption requests, estate document reviews, and ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Maintain strict attention to detail to meet accuracy, productivity, and SLA-based performance metrics.
Review customer files and complex legal or financial documentation with a focus on risk mitigation and audit compliance.
Actively participate in daily team touchpoints (15–30 minutes daily) to align on work distribution and operational targets.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process enhancements and adapting to updated bank operating policies, software, and tools.
Collaborate effectively with internal business partners to resolve complex processing inquiries and maintain seamless workflow execution.
Qualifications
Education: Post-secondary degree or diploma required.
Experience: 2–4 years of experience within retail banking or financial services.
Administrative Skills: 2–4 years of strong administrative background managing high-volume tasks.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook, and a strong emphasis on Excel).
Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to adjust quickly to process changes, evolving workflows, and dynamic banking procedures.
Soft Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication, organizational, and time-management capabilities.
Assets: Prior experience reviewing estate or legal documentation is considered a major plus.
