Work Schedule: Rotational shifts between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Start times: 7:00 AM, 8:00 AM, 9:00 AM, or 10:00 AM); Overtime potential

Responsibilities
Volume & SLA Management: Execute daily operational tasks within credit processing, ensuring strict adherence to turn-around times, quality controls, and productivity targets.
Data & Administrative Support: Manage high-volume data entry, document review, and file processing with strong accuracy (90% back-office / 10% phone communication).
Cross-Functional Communication: Collaborate effectively with internal business partners and external solicitors to resolve routine inquiries and operational dependencies.
Risk Control & Escalation: Apply sound judgment to recognize discrepancies, adhere to regulatory/risk policies, and escalate complex issues appropriately.
Leadership & Teamwork: Participate actively in team initiatives, with opportunities to lead small projects or sub-teams as business needs evolve.
Qualifications
Education: Post-secondary degree or diploma required.
Experience: 3–5 years of overall experience in administrative, operational, or back-office environments.
Hard Skills:
Demonstrated proficiency in high-speed, accurate data entry.
Strong foundational computer literacy and experience using MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Soft Skills:
Exceptional attention to detail and strong quality-control focus.
Good judgment with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Reliable attendance and effective verbal/written communication skills.
Asset/Nice-to-Have Skills:
Prior experience in banking, financial services, or credit processing.
Bilingualism (English/French).
