Responsibilities
The receptionist acts as a concierge for the practice and is responsible for the following:
Greet and assist patients as they arrive; ensure a lasting positive impression for them
Answering incoming calls and emails
Provide information on our services and prices
Responsible for optimizing the appointment schedule by ensuring the day is full, with limited gaps
Effectively manage recall system and accurately maintain patient database
Manage patient calls and inquiries about appointments, confirmations, amendments and cancellations
Collect necessary information from patients, including insurance information, medical history and contact information
Making sure patients sign consents and complete paperwork prior to treatment
Maintain and organize patient files, ensuring the confidentiality of medical information;
Work closely with medical staff, nurses, and other team members to ensure effective coordination;
Qualifications
Experience in sales or in a plastic surgery practice strongly preferred
Bilingual is a must ( French/English)
A polished, professional appearance required
Proficient with Microsoft Office programs
Knowledge of Nopali is an asset but not required.
Friendly and positive personality
Eloquent speaker with excellent communication skills
Excels at multi-tasking & attention to detail
