Duration: 6-Month Contract (with potential for extension)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Based in the Toronto hub; monthly or weekly on-site attendance as needed)

Parallel Team Delivery: Guide multiple cross-functional teams in parallel, helping them align on sprint goals and maintain steady delivery cadences.
Impediment Removal: Proactively identify, track, and clear operational or technical blockers, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders to protect sprint commitments.

Backlog Refinement Collaboration: Assist Product Owners in clarifying backlog items, organizing priorities, and maintaining clear communication lines with development squads.
Metrics Telemetry & Reporting: Track and present key operational metrics—including velocity, burn-down trends, risks, and issues—providing clear visibility to business leaders and technology steering groups.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of dedicated professional experience operating as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile Delivery Lead.
Agile Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of Agile Principles, the Scrum framework, and Kanban workflows.
