Hours: Monday- Friday 9:00am- 5:00pm
Salary: $40K-$41K

Responsibilities
- Back up support for reception- Answering and directing phone calls/faxes.
- Arranging boardroom reservations & scheduling.
- Preparing and cleaning meeting rooms.
- Scanning documents and data entry of T1 tax forms.
- Electonic and paper filing of documents
- Greeting staff and clients.
- Kitchen & general office cleanup: brewing coffee, wiping down tables, restocking refrigerator, etc.
- Mail distribution and supply inventory.
- Ordering/tracking/setting up daily dinners for our professional staff.
- Order supplies for the office
- Stamping of outgoing mail for mailbox drop-off.
- Courier-related data entry and tracking.
- Staff attendance log.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience as an Administrative assistant or relevant position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word- with strong Excel skills
- Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision while still being a team player.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Someone who is tech savvy and can easily learn new software programs
- Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must!
- MUST have knowledge of tax documents
