Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, daytime hours).

Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Office Manager, your daily responsibilities will be divided into two main areas:
Primary Reception Duties
Welcome visitors by greeting them warmly and professionally, both in person and over the phone.
Answer and refer inquiries efficiently to the appropriate team members or departments.
Sort and distribute daily incoming and outgoing mail.
Arrange, record, and accept courier packages.
Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting room bookings.
Provide ad hoc administrative support to various departments as needed.
Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming reception waiting area.
Office Coordination Duties (Backup Support)
Stock and organize the kitchen, ensuring all facilities are in good working order.
Stock and organize supply cabinets, refill printers with paper, and ensure all office machines are functional.
Ensure meeting rooms are tidy, presentable, and ready for clients.
Perform other related administrative duties as required to support smooth office operations.
Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma completed; a Diploma in Office Management, Secretarial Studies, or Administration is an asset.
Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a reception, customer service, or administrative support role.
Languages: Fluent bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written, to effectively assist a diverse clientele.
Software: Good proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a general comfort level with computer systems.
Soft Skills: * Excellent communication skills and a customer-service-oriented mindset.
Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and multitasking capabilities.
A genuine smile, professional demeanor, and a positive daily attitude.
