Our client is seeking a leader who can build and manage a world class program to characterize and improve product reliability. The Reliability Program Manager will lead the company-wide cross-functional reliability program, in addition to managingdirect reports within the R&D team. Support highly accelerated life testing (HALT) of detectors and components for rapid assessment of product weaknesses and the impact of process changes.- Engage the module engineering team on aspects of module design and manufacturing that may impact reliability outcomes including module interconnect and attachment technologies, as well as printed circuit board designs.- Engage the manufacturing teams on in-process monitoring and process variation to assess their impact on reliability outcomes.Team Management- Build and maintain a highly-motivated productive team of strong individuals who work well together. Articulate needs for team growth and support recruiting as required.- Manage the team of highly skilled reliability test technicians, technologists, scientists, and engineers, including setting priorities, developing employees, and providing technical direction.Data Collection/Analysis Best Practices- Develop a consistent framework for failure and test data reporting that supports estimating failure rates due to infant mortality, useful life and wearout.       We are seeking an experienced NPI Project Engineer for a well established high tech manufacturing client of ours in the Victoria area.
