Responsibilities
Functional Configuration & Process Engineering
SAP TM S/4 Architecture: Lead the functional configuration, end-to-end testing standards, and solution design of SAP Transportation Management (TM) on S/4 HANA systems.
Logistics Analysis: Map and evaluate legacy business and technical workflows related to freight routing, delivery scheduling, vehicle planning, and last-mile execution to implement future system-driven efficiencies.
Specification Authoring: Write, review, and finalize high-fidelity functional specifications for custom developments, code modifications, system reports, and data layouts.
Master Data & Optimization Mapping: Maintain and optimize master data elements, carrier parameters, and business logic mapping within the SAP TM Optimizer or EWM frameworks.
Scrum Leadership, Governance & Synergy
Agile Sprint Delivery: Actively support, champion, and drive Agile and Scrum methodologies across your assigned delivery team, participating in regular stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retro events.
Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify, track, and mitigate technical solution risks, integration bottlenecks, and delivery blockers for yourself and your immediate scrum squad.

Qualifications
Experience: 7+ years of progressive professional experience operating as an SAP Functional Consultant, Systems Configurator, or Technical Business Analyst within enterprise logistics environments.
Core SAP TM Configuration Depth: Proven, direct hands-on configuration experience with SAP Transportation Management S/4 (Version 1809 or greater).
SaaS Implementation Portfolio: Solid track record supporting large-scale enterprise deployments of SAP TM or EWM, with specialized focus on S/4 HANA environments.
Technical System Literacy: Strong working knowledge of SAP TM Optimizer or EWM, including functional planning rules, execution tracking, master data architecture, and SAP integration frameworks.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or an equivalent technical or quantitative field.
