Responsibilities
Comprehensive Quality Blueprinting: Architect, document, and execute enterprise-tier test strategies, master test plans, complex scenarios, and traceability matrices mapped directly to business rules.
Automation Engineering: Design, build, and maintain scalable functional regression suites using Selenium automation engines to accelerate system validation pipelines.
Multi-Tier Testing Execution: Coordinate and run diverse validation tracks covering unit, functional, system integration (SIT), regression, backend database, load/stress, and web services testing.
Production Readiness & Checklists: Develop and validate deep-dive QA checklists throughout the release lifecycle, embedding them into final production-readiness milestones to de-risk active deployments.
User & Production Acceptance Governance: Collaborate with business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to guide User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Production Acceptance Testing (PAT) tracks, securing operational sign-offs.
Defect Lifecycle Management: Isolate, document, and triage software anomalies through centralized platforms like JIRA, TestRail, and Confluence, overseeing bug reproduction and verifying engineering fixes.
Systems Triage & Debugging: Provide hands-on technical troubleshooting, systems debugging, code refactoring evaluation, and architectural optimization support within interconnected application nodes.
Vulnerability & Security Risk Auditing: Partner closely with corporate security infrastructure squads to perform application vulnerability assessments, threat evaluations, and baseline security scans.
Governance & Architecture Checkpoints: Contribute structured QA documentation, test coverage reports, and quality metrics to formal corporate architecture checkpoint reviews and gating processes.
Agile & Waterfall Delivery Leadership: Drive high-quality software delivery across varying software development lifecycles, providing technical leadership during use-case walkthroughs and sprint planning sessions.
Qualifications
Core Quality Engineering Seniority: 10+ years of progressive professional experience leading enterprise application testing, QA blueprinting, system analysis, and technical troubleshooting tracks (Strictly Required).
Selenium Automation Mastery: Proven hands-on technical proficiency designing, debugging, and executing automated test frameworks utilizing Selenium toolsets (Strictly Required).
Full-Spectrum Testing Domain Depth: Extensive, verified background executing a complete matrix of testing types, including SIT, UAT, PAT, backend database, load, web services, and performance testing (Strictly Required).
ALM & Defect Management Literacy: High level of comfort managing project backlogs, document repositories, and ticket lifecycles inside JIRA, Confluence, or TestRail ecosystems (Strictly Required).
Multi-Tier & Integrated Solution Acumen: Demonstrated experience testing multi-tier, multi-platform configurations, interconnected web/desktop/mobile front-ends, and specialized reporting structures (Strictly Required).
