Position: Shipping and Receiving Clerk
Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM (40 hours/week)
Salary: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour, plus an annual performance bonus of up to 4%

Responsibilities
Independently oversee daily incoming receipts and outgoing deliveries in collaboration with carriers.
Verify and validate goods against invoices, purchase orders, and bills of lading, including precise cargo weight verification.
Maintain rigorous shipping records and manage documentation for damaged or missing merchandise.
Execute physical logistics, including securing, palletizing, wrapping, and labeling goods.
Update digital and physical inventory logs with precision.
Coordinate the internal distribution of packages and mail to relevant departments.
Qualifications
5 to 6 years of experience in shipping/receiving within an industrial or regulated environment (candidates with 3 years may be considered for TTP).
Valid forklift license and proven operational warehouse experience.
Strong proficiency with office software (Outlook, Word, Excel) and mandatory experience with an ERP system.
Knowledge of industry standards (FSSC22000, GMP, AIB, EcoCert, Kosher, WHMIS, TDG) constitutes a major asset.
Strong communication skills and a proven track record of professional stability and autonomy.
Successful completion of a criminal background and reference check is mandatory.
