Our client, located in Dorval, is actively seeking a motivated and rigorous Shipping/Receiving Clerk. You will take charge of order preparation, shipping document management, and incoming quality control within a dynamic team environment.
• Status: Permanent
• Location: Dorval (Free parking on-site)
• Salary: $21.00 to $22.00 / hour (depending on experience)
• Schedule: Fixed day shift, Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
• Overtime: Opportunities available

Responsibilities
• Perform standard shipping duties: picking, sorting, and preparing daily orders.
• Complete, verify, and validate all shipping documentation to ensure seamless deliveries.
• Conduct rigorous quality control on incoming roofing raw materials and report any discrepancies.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment to load and unload transport trucks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with plant health and safety standards.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a shipping/receiving clerk or in a similar warehouse role.
• Proven experience working in an industrial environment or a distribution center.
• Prior familiarity or experience with construction or roofing materials (a major asset).
• Excellent physical endurance for lifting and regularly handling building materials.
• Strong attention to detail for analyzing transport documents and quality-checking goods.
• Solid organizational skills, team spirit, and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
