Responsibilities
The job is primarily warehouse-based (inventory, billing, storage, email and other related tasks), with a customer service component (clients retrieving freight, emails, phone calls, etc.).
Qualifications
- Experience of at least one year in the transport field of customer service in sectors such as FedEx, Amazon, Purolator.
- Motivated and competitive by nature.
- Quality/customer orientation, empathy and the ability to maintain and build lasting relationships are essential.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to resolve any issues satisfactorily.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and perform multiple tasks at once.
- Ability to thrive under pressure while offering solutions that exceed customer expectations.
