message from our CEO
Like many of you, we have been closely monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic. For the past several weeks we have been taking extra precautions to prioritize the health and well-being of Canadians during this unprecedented situation. As the pandemic progresses, it has become clear that we have a responsibility to take further measures to contain the spread of COVID-19 and keep our communities safe. We are committed to following all recommendations from the Canadian government and health officials.
As of March 20th, all Randstad branches are closed, and our employees are working remotely. We believe this step is necessary to contain COVID-19. Though we will no longer operate out of our branches, we remain committed to providing the critical services you rely on.
- Randstad employees have remote access to company tools and resources and will remain available to you.
- Should you need to staff up or down in response to COVID-19, we can assist you. Whether you need to lay off workers or are operating in a sector experiencing severe worker shortages, we are at your disposal.
- In-person meetings will be limited. Interactions will take place over phone, email, instant message or video conferencing where possible. If an in-person meeting is necessary, additional precautions will be enforced.
