It’s that time of the year! Randstad Canada has updated its ranking of the top ten most respected employers each year based on poll responses from its annual Employer Brand Report.
The results are in, with 32 markets surveyed covering more than 75% of the global economy.
how the results were compiled
The Randstad employer brand research provides valuable insights to help employers shape their employer brand. The study includes helpful information and insights to help employers shape an attractive employer brand and become one of the best companies to work for in Canada.
With over 22 years of experience in effective employer branding. We performed representative research that included 163,000 participants and 6,022 companies globally who were asked about companies with strong employer branding.
In 2023, respondents rated each company on five key factors when choosing an employer:
- attractive salary and benefits
- good work-life balance
- long-term job security
- good training
- pleasant work atmosphere
The Employer Brand Report results also show that some best employer branding companies in the ranking are attractive because they are perceived as having:
- financially healthy
- long-term job security
- is conveniently located
Others are listed primarily because of their excellent reputation or the image of a pleasant work atmosphere.
Work-life balance has increased in relative importance over the past three years. It is now valued almost as highly as salary and benefits, which also saw a relative increase in significance.
