Responsibilities
- Reconciliations of bank accounts, receivables, and payables.
- Payroll entries bi-weekly and yearend T4/Relevé 1.
- Prepare key performance indicators monthly.
- Yearend preparation of the figures for accountants’ review.
- Preparation of weekly sales numbers to track progress and plan for improvements.
-Management of compensation for team members.
- Credit checks on customers and management of customer credit.
- Reconciliations of bank accounts, receivables, and payables.
- Payroll entries bi-weekly and yearend T4/Relevé 1.
- Preparing the Trial Balance and Income Statement monthly and analyzing it for variances and discrepancies and the reason for it.
-Management of compensation for team members.
- Credit checks on customers and management of customer credit.
Qualifications
-2-5 years experience.
-Professinal English. Written and spoken.
-Understandable French. Written and spoken.
-Education: minimum bachelor’s degree in accounting
-Organized and pays attention to details. Able to figure it out.
-Easily use computer accounting programs and Excel
