Advantages
Full-time, permanent position (35h/week);
Salary range from $50k/year to $75k/year (depending on experience);

Responsibilities
Establish contacts and follow up with various stakeholders (clients, lawyers, opposing parties, etc.);
Open, file on paper or electronically, follow up and organize files, notices to court, docketing, etc. ;
Prepare standard litigation procedures;
Transcribe, draft and correct legal documents;
Ensure the drafting of e-mails and the reading of draft procedures.
Coordinate evidence management, filing, dictation;
Manage lawyers' diaries and ensure proper monitoring of deadlines for proceedings, important reminders;
Coordinate the organization of examinations;
Perform other administrative tasks as required;
Qualifications
Training with a legal specialization (DEC) or any other relevant related field ;
At least 5 years' experience in a similar role, as a legal assistant in litigation;
Sound knowledge of commercial and civil litigation procedures
Bilingualism (French and English) required;
Proficiency in Office Suite functions
Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously and prioritize tasks;
Sense of organization, autonomy and responsibility;
Dynamism and initiative;
Good interpersonal skills (customer focus);
Good team spirit;
Thoroughness, discretion and attention to detail;
