      We are looking for a few General Labourers to work in our manufacturing site in Oakville for PERMANENT DIRECT HIRE positions on our 2 shift rotating schedule. You will rotate from days to nights every 2 weeks with great pay and benefits AND they will train you to operate the forklift!What's great about this position?It's conveniently located near the border of Oakville and MississaugaVery competitive pay rate of $19.60 for day shift with .45 cent premium for nights!Training for the first few weeks they will train you to drive the counterbalance forklift!There is NO HEAVY LIFTING in this job. Maximum lifting will be 30 lbs. You will be moving 1200 lb coils using the forklift and putting them on the machines.The coils go through many processes involving chemicals, cutting, nickel plating, etc.Most of the position is observation to see that the process is going as it should so a keen eye for detail is important!Counterbalance forklift experience is an asset but they are happy to train.As this is a 2 shift rotation you will need to have a reliable vehicle and a responsible attitude.This is a great company to work with.
