Responsibilities
Change Strategy & Framework Development: Design, implement, and manage end-to-end change management strategies, plans, and governance frameworks using structured change management methodologies.
Stakeholder Engagement & Impact Analysis: Conduct comprehensive stakeholder assessments, analyze business process and technology change impacts, and develop targeted engagement strategies.
Communication & Training Execution: Formulate and execute tailored communication plans, sponsor roadmaps, coaching frameworks, and training programs to prepare teams for operational transitions.
Resistance Management & Mitigation: Identify potential people-side risks, anticipated points of organizational friction, and develop proactive resistance management strategies.
Adoption Metrics & Continuous Improvement: Define, track, and measure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to user adoption, utilization rates, and proficiency; adjust change interventions based on continuous assessment.
Executive Advisory & Facilitation: Facilitate workshops, alignment sessions, and focus groups with diverse internal and external stakeholders while providing strategic advice to senior leadership to foster consensus.
Project Management Integration: Align change management activities with overarching project lifecycles, milestones, and governance processes to ensure seamless solution delivery.
Qualifications
Structured Change Methodologies: Demonstrated experience applying structured change management approaches, industry best practices, and formal methodologies for enterprise initiatives (Strictly Required).
Strategy & Training Development: Proven experience developing communications plans, change management strategies, training plans, and resistance management frameworks (Strictly Required).
Facilitation & Presentation: Exceptional group facilitation and presentation skills with a track record of working effectively across diverse internal and external stakeholder groups (Strictly Required).
Adoption & Success Metrics: Hands-on experience defining, measuring, and reporting on metrics to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency related to organizational changes (Strictly Required).
Nice-to-Have Assets:
Prior change management experience within a public sector or healthcare environment.
Knowledge of privacy and security requirements related to technology implementations in clinical or health contexts.
Experience managing change processes across all stages of project lifecycles (concept, planning, implementation, and sustainment).
