Responsibilities
Salesforce Solution Architecture & Configuration: Architect, design, and configure end-to-end Salesforce solutions using Experience Cloud, OmniStudio (Vlocity FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, OmniScripts), Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Dynamic Forms.
Integrations & Middleware: Configure and integrate Salesforce with internal applications and subsidiary systems using REST/SOAP web services, API integrations, and CI/CD deployment pipelines.
Accessibility & Inclusive Design: Design and support web and mobile applications that comply with AODA and WCAG accessibility standards, ensuring inclusive user experiences across all modern devices.
Fit/Gap Analysis & Technical Documentation: Conduct fit/gap analyses between business requirements and platform capabilities; author comprehensive system design models, build books, technical specifications, and process workflows.
Troubleshooting & Incident Management: Perform root-cause analysis, system diagnostics, and defect resolution across development and production environments; provide application fixes during UAT and release phases.
Agile Governance & Security Controls: Ensure solution designs align with standard enterprise architecture frameworks, security settings, governor limits, and Agile delivery methodologies.
Stakeholder Support & Knowledge Transfer: Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams, business stakeholders, and project managers to provide technical guidance, progress reporting, and structured knowledge transfer.
Qualifications
Salesforce Solutioning & Configuration: 5+ years of hands-on experience solutioning and configuring Salesforce platforms (Strictly Required).
Salesforce Certifications: Active certification as a Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant (Strictly Required). (Platform Developer I, OmniStudio Developer, or Administrator certifications are highly valued).
OmniStudio & Vlocity Expertise: Hands-on experience with Vlocity platform capabilities, including FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, Calculation Matrices, OmniScripts, Vlocity Data Model, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) (Strictly Required).
Dynamic Forms & LWC: 3+ years of experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce Dynamic Forms (Strictly Required).
AODA Compliance & Accessibility: Proven track record designing and implementing AODA-compliant web solutions (Strictly Required).
System Integration: Demonstrated experience configuring and integrating Salesforce with external/internal systems via web services and CI/CD pipelines (Strictly Required).
Nice-to-Have Assets:
5+ years of experience within healthcare environments, healthcare reporting standards, or health information privacy frameworks.
Working knowledge of MuleSoft integration platform capabilities.
