Individual responsibilities Reporting to the Production Manager, Shift Leader’s will have the following responsibilities:Personally commit and provide strong leadership in health and safety and ensure world class results in safety, quality, waste, OEE, continuous improvement and 5S; Motivate and engage employees, provide coaching and optimize production performance; Help develop and implement operational strategy and effectively optimize resources to maximize achievement of targets; Support employee development and ensure necessary training is received; Coordinate the daily planning of production and manage changes to lineups; Ensure compliance with standardized manufacturing practices and procedures; Maximize synergy and foster collaboration among departments and business units; Serve as resource person within the group to fulfill various requests.What you’ll bring to the team: You have a safe attitude at all times and ability to promote an engaged safety culture.
