As a data analyst, your company counts on you to accurately assess company data and report on your findings. You may analyze data pertaining to your company, its products and services, clientele, or any other information your company needs to be analyzed.
Your job as a data analyst is to turn numbers and information into usable charts, graphs, and reports that can be shared with management, shareholders, and clients.
Data analysts spend the majority of their working hours assessing information, however, interpersonal skills and communication may be required at times. You may sometimes be required to collaborate with other team members. Some data analyst jobs may also require to you explain your analysis to management or present meaningful reports during meetings.
